10 Year Warranty

We offer a 10-year warranty that our tiles are supplied to meet Australian Standards. This offers peace of mind to our customers and the end user client.

V1 - Low Variation

The tiles are of uniform appearance, with minimal differences among pieces from the same production run.

Rectified Edges

Rectified tiles are designed with a square edge that works well with tighter joint spaces. The tiler is able to complete their work and achieve a look with less visible grout lines, which is more seamless, achieving an attractive, modern design.
Tectile

The full body glazed porcelain Tectile safety tile is the perfect choice for high slip areas. This tile has a choice of two different surface moulds, with elevated 3D patterns that ensure an excellent slip resistance. The designer may seek this for example on step treads, footpaths or in kitchens, where conditions may require extra care.

Tectile’s matt surface makes this practical tile into a safe choice for internal floors across residential and light commercial projects.

Tectile is available in a range of colour choices, which can
be subtle or standout visibly, enhancing the higher risk area pedestrians are accessing. Two patterns are available to suit the design purpose of this rectified tile.

Care and Maintenance

Keeping your tiles looking their best is straightforward with the right routine. Regular sweeping and washing prevents build-up, protects the surface finish, and makes deep cleaning much less of a chore. Follow this guide to get the most out of your tiles for years to come.

Daily Care
  • Sweep or vacuum to remove loose dirt and sand
  • Mop with warm water and a pH-neutral, sulphate-free cleaning agent
  • Rinse thoroughly — residue causes streaks and dulls the finish
Occasional Deep Clean
  • Use a high-alkaline detergent (pH >9) for greasy deposits
  • For textured/profiled tiles, let the cleaner dwell before scrubbing
  • Steam or pressure cleaning can be used occasionally
  • Always finish with a clean water rinse
Prevention Tips
  • Use entry mats at all doorways — including pet entry points
  • Don't over-apply cleaning product; more isn't better
  • Avoid household soaps — they leave slippery scum
  • Use a no-rinse detergent if rinsing is difficult
Dos and Don'ts

Safe to use

  • pH-neutral, sulphate-free cleaners for everyday use
  • Proprietary abrasive agents on unglazedtiles only
  • Soft brushes and appropriate cleaning pads
  • Organic solvent detergents for greasy deposits (occasional)

Avoid these

  • Acidic cleaners — attack grout and haze glazed tiles
  • Abrasive pads on glazed surfaces — cause surface wear
  • Overuse of high-alkaline detergents
  • Scrubbing machines with coarse abrasive pads

*Tiles may vary in sizing, weight, colour, pattern, veining, texture, durability, density, surface and finish from batch to batch. Slip ratings serve as an indication and may vary for each batch of tiles. It is recommended that a new test be performed for each batch of tiles if a slip rating certificate is required.
